Healthcare Construction projects include:
 
•    Nashville TN – St. Thomas Rutherford – 3 year project 215 bed 565,000 sqft hospital from the ground up
•    Nashville TN – St. Thomas West Master Plan Modernization Project – A four year, multiple phase project that included restructure and completely upgrading the exiting Operating rooms, transforming 6 patient wings to ICU rooms, demolishing 30,000 sqft of exiting ICU areas and building back 60,000 sqft of surgical support areas. Active occupied hospital, affected areas included ICU, OR, Central Sterile, Prep and Recovery, PACU, Admitting, CATH, Emergency Department etc.
•    Nashville TN – St. Thomas Midtown Joint Replacement – 1 year accelerated schedule to transform 40,000 sqft of existing space to the St Thomas Midtown Joint Replacement Center. 8th floor of active hospital with all areas occupied. This project was a VPP project with OSHA.
•    Nashville TN – Vanderbilt Medical Center 7th and 10th floor ICU: 20,000 sqft shell build out of ICU rooms. Floors above and below occupied.
•    Memphis TN – Methodist University Emergency Department – Included demolishing two 140,000 sqft buildings attached to occupied hospital in order to build the new Emergency Department attached to the active hospital. All areas active.
 
Tyler is married to wife Kayla White and has two children, Knox 4 and Lakelyn 1. Tyler and his family live in Mt. Juliet Tennessee. Tyler has a Bachelor’s of Science in Occupational Safety and Health from Columbia Southern University and has several other accreditations including the CHST (Construction Health and Safety Technician) form the BCSP (Board of Certified Safety Professionals).
