Captain Andrew Joca has over 20 years of experience in naval and civil engineering, construction management, disaster response and expeditionary logistics. His current assignment is at the Director of Operational Logistics, as the Office Chief for Contingency and Deployable logistics. In this role he is responsible for support of Coast Guard operations worldwide.
Andrew has a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the United States Coast Guard Academy, and a Master of Science degree in Project Management from the George Washington University. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in Rhode Island and Alaska, a certified Project Management Professional and a qualified National Incident Management System Logistics Section Chief. Andrew’s hobbies include outdoor adventures with his wife and two children.
