Tena is Chief Operating Officer for Green Advantage. She brings far-reaching experience in organizational operations and management consulting to this role. The first woman in the Americas to be certified as a Sociocracy Consultant, Tena has combined this cutting-edge Dutch business system with the concepts of the Triple Bottom Line, Biomimicry, and communications skills development models to develop the Resilient Business Design governance system that is used throughout the Green Advantage organization. A central focus of Tena’s work with Green Advantage is to maintain ANSI Accreditation for the GACP certification, and to attain ANSI accreditation for all Green Advantage certification offerings. Passionately vested in the success of Green Advantage, Tena brings her signature combination of systems-focus, creative openness, humor, and outcomes orientation to the work at hand.
