Werner Jager, Dr.-Ing., has over 20 years of international experience in the creation and management of multi-location teams as well as profound competence in the engineering and design of building envelopes. At ai3, an engineering firm he founded, he consults global clients in the physics of the building envelope, management of research and development, engineering support and customized seminars and training. The group applies product marketing and project management methodologies which analyze and support the implementation of the network of marketing, research, development, quality management, procurement and logistics in a holistic manner. Prior, as Managing Director at Hydro Building Systems, he led the research and development departments of world leading aluminum system for windows, doors and façade product. In 2014 Werner became a professor of Building Physics at the University of Applied Sciences in Augsburg. He holds degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Munich.
