She is responsible for coordinating internally & externally the successful implementation of construction & development projects. Activities include overseeing project planning, master planning, sustainability initiatives, construction budgets, selecting, hiring & negotiating with service providers & contractors as necessary to meet a variety of client development goals & objectives. She is responsible for preparing & negotiating subcontractor contracts, preparing & reviewing monthly requisitions, negotiating, preparing, & executing change orders, organizing & managing the project team.
