Green Advantage Credential Reimbursement Approved for Eligible Veterans
Eligible Veterans can open new doors to employment in the construction industry by becoming certified as a Green Advantage Certified Practitioner (GACP), Green Advantage Certified Associate (GACA), or receiving a Pre-Construction Risk Assessment (PCRA) / Infection Control Risk Assessment (ICRA) credential. Reimbursement for both of these certification exams has been approved by the approved by the Veterans Administration. This approval is effective worldwide.

Types of Assistance
There is no limit to the number or type of Green Advantage Exams you may take, so long as it’s within the allotted time frame. For more information about the examination process, please read the program details for GACA/GACP or the program details for PCRA/ICRA. And, if you are eligible, VA will pay for Green Advantage Exams even if you fail them.
Available Benefits
VA pays only the exam costs – $350 for the GACA or GACP Exam and $300 toward the PCRA/ICRA Credential Program Exam. You must be given verification for VA reimbursement for the GACA, GACP, and PCRA/ICRA exams.
